    The tip we gave in this article is a workaround. It wasn't an intentional feature Quickbase designed, but it is something that works because of the way that sandboxes were developed. I understand that not showing sandbox apps in My apps adds friction, especially for your use case. 

    Unfortunately, our product team does not plan to significantly change the current sandbox feature. While we continue to support and maintain it, we're focusing our resources on developing Solutions APIs that lay the foundation for future no-code application lifecycle management (ALM) capabilities. You can work with your account team to learn more about how all builders, regardless of their technical skills, can start using Solution APIs.

    If a user is granted access in a sandbox, why doesn't QuickBase show this in the users My Apps?  We do user testing in the sandboxes we create, but they can't see the sandboxes in their My Apps or across the app ribbon bar.  Why do we need to use other software to communicate with these users that don't have admin rights?  Why make it difficult for these less experienced users to access their test environments?  Please consider making Sandboxes show in My Apps for any roles assigned to encourage testing and app validations.
