By far my favorite moment in Miami was in the CEO Town Hall when somebody asked the question "Who does Quick Base see as its biggest competitors?" and Rick Willett paused a moment and just calmly replied "Our belief is that nobody can compete with Quick Base." And he absolutely meant it! The mood in the room definitely changed in that instant.
