Duplicate Fields

I would like to have 3 text fields on a form that are identical where you can type into any of them and all 3 will have the same info.  I feel like it has to be possible and maybe even easy, I just can't figure it out.

    Quickbase forms are designed to try to prevent users form having the same data entry field on the form in multiple places.  The reason is that users may key different information into the same field and get confused as to how the form would interpret the data entry.
