Post-Healthcare Network Qrew Meeting Notes Jan 24th, 2023
Hello Healthcare Network Qrew! Here's a quick recap of the agenda we covered in our first Healthcare network meeting of the year: Letty Kaleycik from Aetna shared how she uses a personalized dashboard app to keep herself organized with all the information she'll need for her job. She created tabs on the buttom of her dashboard, and used button to link to reports from various apps, forms, learning resources, and other information from her organization. Benefits of a personalized dashboard Easier to navigate resources for work, career development, and more Saves time from searching and reduces actions to 1-2 clicks Able to help new employees onboard with every resource available at a click of a button Agile and extremely to easy to customize and update on your own Copy of the recording and password to watch the video: January Healthcare Customer Network Meeting 1_24_24 at 12pm EST-20240124_090559-Meeting Recording.mp4 Password to access the recording: Jan2024healthcaremeeting Many of you have asked for a copy of the shell of this app. I am currently working with the App exchange admin to get this approved. Once it's been approved, I will share you the link where everyone can download their very own personalized dashboard app. Stay tuned for more details coming soon! Our next meeting is Wednesday March 20th. If you have a use case or a topic for discussion you would like to bring up, please reach out and let me know. We loved seeing how Cullen and Vanessa worked together to create table connections and used pipelines to track their students' progress through the program while being able to share valuable reports to their stakeholders. Here is a quick recap of our meeting today: Total Attendance: 20 Guest Speaker: Katie Wade from Front Porch, a non-profit specializing inprograms support older people in the Bay Area and throughout the country with access to connection programs, nutrition, affordable housing, and creative aging resources. Topic:How does Front Porch match volunteers with older people who are dealing with loneliness. Jen Driscoll volunteered to play a "volunteer" to go through the intake process that shows how an interviewer would use the custom forms and filtered reports to identify possible matches.
