- MarkShnier__YouThere will be an option near the bottom of the report setup screen for Color Coding and then a radio button for Use a Formula. Are you saying that you have a table report that does not offer that option?

And apologies, in my last message I answered incorrectly too. The report I'm working with is actually a summary report, which seems to not include a color-coding option in settings.

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouSummary reports do not support color coding unless you want to try to get fancy and make a Rich Text field to summarize on.
