Timeline troubleshooting

I have created a timeline for my project list and placed it on a tab at the bottom of a dashboard.  When I filter by Project lead, the timeline estimated start date shows 2 months later than the estimated start date listed.  When I click on the bar, the bar moves and displays the correct day.  Any ideas on issue?
