Why is there a message box when I click "Edit" on the main form?

Dynamic rules are not what I can think of the cause of it. Here are screen shots of dynamic rules, form properties and table settings.

    I do not recognize the "look" of that message box as being native Quick Base.  Do you have anything non nave running on that form such as the Image On Load Technique?

      Hi Mark,

      Yesss!! Thanks for pointing out IOL. It turned out to be a unused IOL field that messed the things up. I deleted it and it solved all problems.Thank you!

        OK, good thing we found it here and you did not go to Quick Base Support.  They are not fond of IOL. :)
