Can i remove the "feature help" button in the lower right corner?

There's a lightbulb icon in the lower right corner of the screen called "feature help" that's on top of the tabs for my dashboard. Can i somehow remove that button? -----------------------...

To my knowledge, no. However I believe it only shows for Admins on the new dashboards. If I test as another user or another non-Admin role it's not present for me, so only something that Admins have to contend with.
