Cannot access support cases

Is anyone else having issues accessing their open support cases?

  • Yes, I was unable to access support on Sunday. I have not tried today because I'm on a chairlift now, skiing.

  • Hi Daniel,

    We are having some issues with our support portal with specific users, our team is working right now to resolve them. If you do need to check in on a case you can message me directly and I can see about getting the team to reach out or you can still put in a case on the website and if you let them know about the issue they can reach out directly to your email. We are actively looking into resolving this for the users impacted. Thank you for your patience while we look into this issue.

  • I'm having the same issue.  Need to access the "Find JAVA Script" App.

      Hi Jim,

      If this is a new request to get access to the JavaScript tracking application I would recommend submitting it on the web portal for support. You can still submit a case there and just include that you are having issues using the support portal in your case and they will instead reach out to you directly. This way we can still get your access request logged and back on track while they continue to investigate the issue.

        Hi Everyone,

        Just wanted to follow up on this thread to let everyone know that we pushed a patch last night to resolve the support portal issue effecting some customers and you should now be able to access your support portal as usual. If you are still having issues definitely let us know either on this thread or via a case on our web portal for support.
