Checkbox is CHECKED even though information is incomplete. Can't change.

This was already checked and I cannot UNcheck it.

It is empty.

I am not sure what the last picture being empty, has to do with the checkbox? Can you explain the relationship? Why does the blank information have any affect on the checkbox from picture 1?

Also, if you go to the field properties of the checked box, can see if it is a formula checkbox, and if so, post the formula?

If it is not a formula checkbox, and you go to the 'usage' tab and post what is there?
