Cross App form not showing text lookup field info

Question

Hi all!&nbsp;
I have a cross app form on a child table (App B) with a parent table (App A) because users of the form in App B need to see the information inputted by users in App A, but do not need to have access to change it. I've modified the permissions on the fields in App A and App B so all users have a minimum of view access, but when I look at the form in App B, all of the fields appear blank even though they have data in them in the parent table in App A. I keep thinking I'm missing something simple. Thoughts/ideas?&nbsp;------------------------------Becky Heineman------------------------------

Thanks Mark! I'll double check but I'm fairly certain users in App B have view access to App A and are all on the User list. They can view the form - but it's blank for them as participants just as it is for myself and I'm an admin in both apps. Feels like I'm missing something simple though.

&nbsp;OK well that is a different story completely if you as the admin cannot see the look up fields. Have you been messing around with field level permissions? Have you perhaps messed up the field level permissions for Related Parent?&nbsp;

I can see the fields themselves (since they are part of the table to table relationship) but the information in the field is blank - so I see the field title and then nothing on the form. I've checked field level permissions on the related parent field and all roles are set to view or modify. All of the child fields show the correct related parent field.&nbsp;------------------------------Becky Heineman------------------------------
