Dashboard Report Display Issue

When adding a Report (table) to a Dashboard -- the report is not displaying correctly (appears "squeezed"). The Report also does not "expand" when resizing the widget. Also, for many of the columns I have the "display without wrapping" checked for the field --

Any tips or tricks (workarounds) -- for this?
