Does anyone know of a resource allocation/scheduler tool native to Quickbase?

Or buildable within quickbase? I have Projects, Tasks (within Projects), and Resources (assigned to Tasks) and want to assign dates to these Tasks based on availability of my Resource.

Is this possible or do I need an add-on?
