Exact Forms Checkbox

Question

Is there any way using the ExactForms tokens or Javacript to check or uncheck a checkbox.

I have many checkboxes like the one below, which I need a case statement or something of the like to check the correct box.

Has anyone done something link this with Exact Forms?
