Export table to CSV

Question

I have a pipeline that is supposed to export a table to a csv and send the csv as an attachment in an email. I put the file handle as the URL for the email but it does not send an attachment in the email that gets sent. Is there anyway to send out the csv using the file handle? I only have access to the Quickbase and Gmail channels.
