File Attachment

Question

Something happened to cause my ability to attach files to my projects. &nbsp;This has been working for over 2 years. &nbsp;Is something on the backend of the QB changes cause this or is it local to my environment?The PS Doc below is where the File Attachment field resides:

The normal process is to click an "Add PSP" button which allows a new PSP record to be created. Along with other fields, the PSP Doc is where we upload a copy of the SOW - usually a PDF. &nbsp;The "Choose" button does not seem to work anymore. &nbsp;When hitting the Choose button, the new window which allows you to pick your file locally or on a network drive does not appear. The Choose Button does not work anymore. &nbsp;

Is there any chance that there is a pop up being blocked in the browser?

It works in Chrome, I was in Safari and there was a "block" on my realm but when I changed it to "allow", it still isn't working. &nbsp;At lease it appears to be a Safari issue, not a QuickBase one. &nbsp;Thanks for you help Mark...------------------------------Philip Hall------------------------------

Just an FYI, I went into Safari preferences and changed the realm to "Allow" Pop Ups but it still doesn't work. &nbsp;Have confirmed that it DOES work in Chrome, Edge and Firefox so this may be an imcompatability issue with Safari and maybe the QB developers might want to know this. &nbsp;Thanks again.------------------------------Philip Hall------------------------------
