When a relationship is first built the reference proxy, in your case Company Name, pulls a selection of fields from the related table. You can change what fields are used to identify records from your Company table by going into the Company table, opening up the settings, and selecting the section for Advanced Settings. Under Advanced settings is an option for setting up how records from the Company Table are identified. From here you can select 1 to 3 fields to show up in the Company Name dropdown to help you identify records.
This way you can set it up so that when users are pulling records from the Company table the fields that show up will be the ones that make it easiest for them to identify the right Company. I hope this information is helpful and welcome to the Quick Base Community.
