Hi Angela,
If a user is showing up as Denied that is because one of the Administrators for your Account has denied that user in the entire account. In order to get them undenied you would have to reach out to one of the Account Admins at your company and have them Un-deny the users at the Account level. Then they would be able to be invited and regain access again. I hope this information is helpful and thank you very much for your time today.
