How do i reduce purchased users with access?

Question

I currently have 41&nbsp;users but paying for 42 purchased users with access. How do I reduce this?&nbsp; I tried deny and deactivate a user but still the purchased users with access stays at 42 and doesn't reduce to 41.&nbsp;

Figured it out.&nbsp; I had to navigate to billing and then lower the purchased amount from there.&nbsp; Now it shows 41 purchased in the account dashboard.
