Hi Mark,
Thank you for your response on this. Yes, I used Grid Edit feature (CTRL+D - Fill down) but it does not allow me to select cells which are not in the sequence (I need to update 1st, 3rd n random cells)

Try "right click" after tabbing out of a cell. You can copy paste and fill down.
so copy, then paste to where you like.

------------------------------- MarkShnier__You3 years agoQrew LegendIf you have a report already filter to exactly what you want, then there will be a menu option under the three dots menu to find and replace. You could replace a blank with a certain value, for example. But Grid Edit is it is the main way this is done when you are manually picking and choosing.
I think also that it works like Excel so CTRL-C to Copy and CTRL-V to paste.
