Integrating MS Forms

I am attempting to create a flow where a response submitted in Microsoft Forms results in a new record being created in a Quickbase table. I initially tried to achieve this by setting up a pipeline but was unable to find a channel for Microsoft Forms. Could you please advise on the best approach to accomplish this integration?

    Does MS forms support API calls?  If so you can simply trigger a Webhook API call to add a record.
