Is it possible to manually trigger a connected table refresh using an API call?

Hey all,

Have a client who's trying to kick off a reporting process and wants to make sure their data in the necessary connected tables is fully present by the time the EFPs are built. Part of that process is having multiple connected tables refresh, but they don't want to have to do this on the hour or go through each table and hit the button before starting the rest.

Is it possible to have one custom button trigger those refreshes as part of its arguments?
