Kanban Colors

Qrew LegendOne way would be to make an Automation to create an Audit trail of the Status changes. That sounds like it would be useful on its own for you.
You can set it up to create a child Audit Trail record on every status change.
Then you can use a summary field to summarize the date of the last status change and compare it to Today() to get the # of days. Then use that calculated [Days since last status change] field to set the color of the JKanban box.
