Kanban Report Group Order

Question

In my Kanban report I have 6 Card Groups. When I try to place them in a certain order (Columns) for the report, they will not stay in the order I prefer. It seems as though 1 group always pushes to the end of the group. I am trying to get the "On Hold" column between "Pending PO" and "In-Progress". Any ideas as to why the On Hold always pushes out?

They appear in the order they are set in your multiple choice dropdown. Change the order how you want it in your drop down, and it should change in your Kanban.

Try checking the field properties for that multiple-choice field for the various column headings, and make sure the radio button is selected to sort in the order shown above. And then make sure of course that you have the order to your liking.
