Move a section in a form up or down

Is there a simple way to move a section in a form up or down? I thought dragging it would work like the fields.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;thanks&nbsp;

When you highlight a section and then go into that abacus looking thing for the settings of that section a panel will slide out and you can walk the section up and down with arrows. So they don't drag and drop, &nbsp;they arrow up and down.

Thanks so much&nbsp; - I was not seeing those arrows after I clicked on field but I see now that you need to hit one button again&nbsp;
