Multi-Select Text Operators

I have a summary field (Multi-select text) in a table.  I then want to create another Formula Multi-Select Text field based on the summary Field.  I basically want to do something like the below, but ...

Hi Michael:
For doesn't contain you can use
If(Contains([Channel Summary], "Retail Sales and Distribution")=false, "some value")


Formula for  Formula Multi Select Text Field:
Split(
If([Channel Summary] = "Retail Sales and Distribution"), "Retail")&";"&

If (Contains([Channel Summary], "Retail Sales and Distribution") or
Contains([Channel Summary], "Tech Care - Mobility") , "Omni", )&";"&

If(Contains([Channel Summary], "Retail Sales and Distribution")=false, "some value"),
";")
