Multiple Choice Field without ""None of the Above"" option remeoved

How do I remove the "none of the above" choice for multiple choice fields? I only want what I entered in as the possible options.&nbsp; eg. Yes or No

Make it a required field. "None of the above" essentially means (when displayed as a radio button) the field is blank (when displayed as a dropdown).

That option disappears if you make the field required in the form or by a form rule.
