Opening Form with API Parent Child Relationship

I have a Parent/Child relationship that has a Report Link and a URL Formula calling a form.  I would like to create another similar relationship (same partent/child setup) but call a different form and display a different report related to this new form.  I am not sure the best way to handle this?  Should I create a new table relationship basically the same as the first one but edit the results when creating the report link and the URL formula?
