pixel dimensions for branding header and footer images?

I see specifications for supported file formats and locations of branding images for the app header and footer. Is there also guidance on pixel dimensions?  Thanks!

    There used to be an issue with larger images taking up too much real estate, but I'm pretty certain that it's been setup now to automatically re-size the image to keep the header usable. I wouldn't make anything taller than 64px - that's just making an unnecessarily large image
