Printing table report

Question

Hello,

I have a table report with 70 columns and some of the rows are colored.
I need to print this often but need the color to remain- when I save it as a spreadsheet the color doesn't stay but I can't print it as a PDF since it wont include the entire report.
Does anyone have any ideas to print the report while retaining the color?

Can you explain what's not working with print to PDF? Are you missing the colour or some of the columns.

I know it's PDF but try setting landscape and selecting a large paper size. I'm not at my computer now though to test &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Also try gong to your name at the top right, then manage my preferences and set to condensed &nbsp;

I tried that and now I can get all the columns on the PDF but the text is so small and illegible.

&nbsp;If the purpose of the PDF is to archive data then it can be wide and the user can scroll across &nbsp;and zoom in on the important parts.&nbsp;

&nbsp;But if the data does have to be readable without a magnifying glass &nbsp;and the number of fields when laid out horizontally causes the font to be too small then if you really do need all those fields to be on the report your only other option is to expand in a vertical direction.&nbsp;

&nbsp;What do I mean by that?&nbsp;

&nbsp;Suppose for example you have I said the fields which describe contact information. &nbsp;You can create formula fields that would stack several fields vertically.&nbsp;

So instead of having say 4 fields &nbsp;across, those related fields would be stacked vertically. &nbsp;So you may end up with say only 40 fields across the page instead of 70.

for example.&nbsp;
