Our organization's entire Ticketing System is built to handle support requests using Pipelines with Outlook. Including attachments, follow up messaging, ticket assignment, etc. I think many others are doing, or have considered ticketing systems like this using email integration.

Hello. Yes, it is a very good option, it is excellent, I believe that some still do not know or not use this high potential.
