Subscription Report for Users to Include Last Visited Date and Time

I would LOVE to be able to create a report and set up a subscription that would show me the user's last visited date and time a few times throughout the day. Has anyone sorted out how to do that? ...

I don't think there is any subscription you can set up for yourself, but if you are in the right package, your account comes with A udit Logs. Which will show you all sorts of neat stuff about how your Users use your apps.
