Do you currently have the relationship setup between the loan and employees table? It sounds like you just need the following:
1. Relationship from employees to loans where employees have many loans.
2. Add lookup fields for title and manager
3. When employee is a Sales Manager, run the report and include the sales admin as a field.

ASK: The reports in loan records need to show only the associated Sales manager's loan to the Sales Admin.
My assumption: Someway I need to show the Sales Admin name for the sales manager in the Employees table. What will be best way to show it
