What is the best way to generate technical documentation for my Quickbase app so that a future administrator will understand how it works? For context, I am self-taught in QB and not a programmer so I have no experience in this area.

Rob, a member of the team that keeps up our own help documentation, actually wrote an article on setting up help for your app users a while back that has some good suggestions and a place to get started.
