I am sorry to hear you are having those access issues for a trial. Pulling up your user account tied to the email address bev@madriver.com you have used to post here on the Community the only Account I see you tied to is an expired account from 2013 that ran till 2015 (Account #390849 (Beverly_Kehoe_account) I do not see an active trial that would be needed to create applications. Is there another email address you are using when accessing Quick Base for this trial?
