Trigger Pipeline with Rich Text Formula Field?

Is it possible to manually Trigger a Pipeline with a Rich Text Formula Field Button or some other method besides going into pipelines and clicking run? I have a Pipeline that checks the status in a...

You can use the button to check or uncheck a checkbox and that action (of modifying the field in the record) triggers the pipeline. I don't believe a formula field itself can be the trigger.
