Viewing content from a hidden table?

I'm sure I'm missing something simple here, but I have a few tables that are source data for table-to-table relationships.&nbsp; I don't want / need most users to see the information in these tables so have unchecked "show in table bar" in the advanced settings.&nbsp; However, occasionally I DO want to see what's in that table.&nbsp; The only way I've found to do that is to change that setting, look at what I want to see, and then change it back.&nbsp; Is there an easier way?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Another option is to 'Hide in Table Bar', within the UI of a Role (manage roles).&nbsp;

One way is to go into settings, find the table, then reports, then the List All report and run that report.&nbsp; Another alternative is to set up a bookmark on your browser or on some kind of admin dashboard to link to a report in that table.&nbsp;

Thank you -- that makes good sense.&nbsp; I didn't realize I could manage it on a role basis.
