Getting information from one app to talk to another app

I am trying to connect two apps together by creating a new connection. But I can't seem to remember where the APP ID and the Quickbase URL are located. Can someone please help? --------------------...

The setup for a connected Sync table for a Quickbase to Quickbase Connection is the Quickbase URL will be like 

https://mycompany.quickbase.com

and the app ID will be the table code that you see in the URL of your Table Home page

    For a Connected Sync table you will need to set up a User Token.  (not an application token) .  Make sure that the applications involved  for the source and destination are listed for the Application Token. 

    Application Tokens are set up by clicking on your name at the top right and then My Preferences.
