Dashboard Widget Page (manually refresh a connected table)

I have a URL  field ("javascript:$.post('https://myrealm.quickbase.com/qb/sync/refreshTasks?replicationID=xxxxx')") to manually refresh a connected table, but I am trying to set a code page that allows me to do the same in dashboards, however, I don't know how to build the page code, is anybody has that syntaxis page code to share with me, or help me to set that
much appreciate that.

    Hi,
    Try this,
    1. Create a report with the single URL field.
    2. Filter the report to show only one record.(Filter to show Record ID#=1) --> something similar:)
    3. Place this table in the Dashboard Page.
