Field required based on value in another field

Is it possible to make a field conditionally required?  If a job we are working on requires us to pay prevailing wage, we want to require the user to enter in the name of the county where the work wil...

The usual way to do this is via Dynamic Form Rules.  When you are working with the form properties, there is a tab there for Dynamic Form Rules https://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/form_rules.html
