    Good morning, Mark.

    I tried coping and pasting my details into this window, but I received the error below. I later learned the error is due to using lists, numbers, bullets!

    Without organizing the data, it would be very difficult for anyone to follow.

    I will try to work with the formula you gave me already.

I should have shared that I have Application Status - Primary and Secondary fields for many programs. Let's say the program name is Nursing. How would I include the program name in the formula you created?

List(", ", [Application Status - Primary], [Application Status - Secondary]);
