RT Formula Checkbox Summary field help

Question

I need a some formula help to show the results of a checkbox summary field.

If the checkbox result is yes, then I want to show the message 1" or more Invoices is missing our Cost!" and if the result is no "Our cost is up to date"

I a drawing a blank so any help is appreciated!
