Is there any way to alert an app manager about issues in a certain application?

I wanted to know if an app user can alert an app manager about slow response time, functions not working or any other issue so that app manager can take necessary actions in real time?&nbsp;

Most of the time its best to create a table in the app for "Support Requests" and then users can submit requests and the notification can be sent to the Admin for processing and troubleshooting.
