Barcode Printing
I am setting up Barcodes for some inventory tracking in our company, and am wondering if we need to buy a barcode printer that is compatible with a certain software? Is it as simple as using a Bluetooth connection to print the barcodes from a QuickBase table? If you want to print a form and there are a number of embedded reports that are not printing. This may be because your form's properties have declared that the embedded reports only load when they are scrolled down to view them. This is a performance benefit that allows the page to load quickly and only load the embedded reports when you want to actually scroll down to view them. This makes forms load faster. Well, you can turn this off on the form's properties and you can print the whole form with all of the embedded report links but you then don't have the benefit of scroll and load reports. If you desire, there is another way by adding a button that prompts printing but through a different form that DOES have scroll and load report loading turned off. Is there a way to print the Dashboard with just the widgets into .pdf format?

Problem with Formula Rich Text Field losing background color when printed as pdf
I have a Project Status Report that pulls from two different sources (Business Project Manager & IT Project Manager). The problem we are trying to solve is to produce and Online Status Report that will enable us to abandon our historical PowerPoint '4 Blocker' status reports. Stakeholders (including executives) who have QuickBase access will view online. Stakeholders who do not desire QuickBase access will be able to view a pdf version of the Status Report via eMail attachment or pull it from a shared drive. The online Status Report form works as intended. The print as pdf version has two problems. 1) It loses the background shading of the Red / Yellow / Green Health Status field (a formula rich text field) and 2) The field label wraps as if it is compressed horizontally (see attached pic which shows a screen print of the form and also a screen print of the pdf) What do I need to do to get the pdf version to display similarly to the online form? Do I need a specialty pdf generator add in for those Users who will be printing this form to pdf? We are looking at setting up asset tracking and want to utilize the barcode capabilities of Qbase. This is probably a dumb question but does anyone have any advice on the best method to print the codes? We will use portable printers but does anyone have experience or knowledge on how to do it; is it as simple as buying a portable barcode printer, connecting your phone to it and printing directly from the record where the barcode has been generated?
Everyone on the Internet - add print to PDF button
I have a link to a non-QBase users form. Would like to add a "Print to PDF" button before they hit "Save and Close". This allows the person on-QBase user competing the form to have a detailed record of their submission prior to sending. The user won't have access to any tables so it's important for them to print it before sending it. Is there a code for this? The standard "Print to PDF" formula only works for QBase users. Font size
When I print a form from QuickBase the font size is tiny to the point where it is almost unreadable. How can I make the font size larger when printing? Hello, I have a table report with 70 columns and some of the rows are colored. I need to print this often but need the color to remain- when I save it as a spreadsheet the color doesn't stay but I can't print it as a PDF since it wont include the entire report. Hello Everyone, I am building a form that is meant to be print with rich text formula fields. What i would like to do is make it so that some of the rich text formula fields always print on their own page. I have tried the<p style="page-break-after: always;"> at the beginning of the text but it still will not move it to its own page.
