Quick Base Certification should be made portable from one job to another.
When I obtained my Quick Base "Builder and Expert" certification, I was working at one organization. After I changed jobs I am no longer able to access this certification. Without redoing the entire exams, how can I continue my certification? I am now at a different organization.
How to stop user(s) requesting permission to create applications billed to the account
We are periodically getting an email from users stating they are requesting permission to create applications billed to the account. Checking in with one of the users, the request to create an app came as a popup on the screen. The popup is exited out (clicking the X), though the user has to click several times to close it. These are not desired requests, yet as the account administrator, we receive emails that the users are requesting it. It seems this is an error with the popup if they are not actually making the request. Is there a way to disable this popup for the users from randomly appearing? I'm not sure yet what this looks like. Hoping it's an easy solution to resolve. Thanks!
I need a button that will open a dialog to edit a multichoice feild and return to same location
I have our shop schedule table and the items are related to a work center table. I need an easy way to relate or "assign" to a different work center from a report. I need it to return to wherever it was pushed from. Is this possible? My boss doesn't like to have to edit or grid edit then change the field and save then find where he was.
Creating a Quick Base action to ADD record in separate APP
I'm trying to set up a Quick Base action that copies field data to fields in a table with in a separate app. I chose the correct APP and Table the new record will be created in Select the options in the "What values will the new record have" section and then save the action. Then when I reopen the action, all of the options that I have created in the "What values will the new record have" are no longer there. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Selling an app to my clients...
Hi, I am working on an app that I think I can monetize, sell to several of my clients. I am having a hard time finding any guidance on how to best do this. Am I able to copy the app into their QB account? Or would it be better to keep the app in my QB account and then grant them access? If I do this for multiple clients will they be able to use SSO on their end? Hope the question makes sense. Thanks for your help!

We need help with a question about removing an owner of a database app by making a copy (which gives us ownership), then removing this person from the account so they cannot hold up progress any longer. We trusted a former colleague to help us create a database app. That was in February. However this person has taken 4 months to get it to a "nearly completed" state when they stated it would take only a month. This person is the "owner" the app, but we'd like to remove this person from our account and take over where they left off. Can we simply copy the origianl app (which gives us ownership), and then delete the original app, with removes her from the account? Our question really is, is a copy of an app and EXACT copy? Please help asap.Was a record created through a form, grid edit, or API_AddRecord?
I'd like to have a field that shows the following three text options: Form, Grid, API Is there code that can detecthow the record was created and paste one of these three results into my desired field? I'm trying to track users in our apps and this would help immensely with oversight for certain company initiatives. Thanks for any help!!
